Scoped and joint programme managed a two year change programme which involved system, process and cultural change. This included a new CRM and grant management system, HR system, finance system, website, & supporting infrastructure of IT hardware (laptops & docking stations) and software (Office 365 & Microsoft Teams).
Led on a process and structural change project for support services functions as part of a major, organisational change programme. This led to an extended and improved service for over 70,000 students, 2,000 tutors and delivered over £1m in cost savings.
