Not another impact assessment! It’s another tick box exercise and thing to do before you can launch change!
I can understand this initial reaction but I actually find change impact assessments really useful. And what you end up identifying are things most project teams have troubling at the back of their minds anyway but it just provides a structured way to think this through and identify actions. Better to get it out of your head and in to a template!
